It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point, North Carolina to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

Doug’s business leadership experience spans 20+ years in the mutual insurance industry and includes roles in the agency distribution channel, C-suite, and directorship.  He is particularly passionate about strategic planning, company culture, leadership development, and enterprise risk management.  Before becoming a C12 chair, Doug was a member of a local C12 peer advisory group and saw firsthand how the CEO monthly roundtable could shape a business leader through a time of mutual sharpening, high-impact learning, and peer accountability.  Doug and his adorable wife Shelly have two delightful children and enjoy reading, hiking, and providing Christian hospitality in their home located in Mebane, NC.

TRIPP GRAZIANO

Tripp has lived in the Piedmont Triad Area since 1990 and loves it enough to hope he, his wife, and two children never have to leave. Since graduating college, he has spent his working years with almost equal time in both business and ministry. He has helped in the startup phase of four small businesses in Greensboro and has 12 years of experience in the startup and management of these entities. His ministry experience includes 13 years of full-time ministry in two local churches, as well as helping in the startup of a church-based discipleship program that still serves young professionals today. Tripp has a B.A. in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University and an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Multnomah Seminary. He is grateful to be part of the mission and work of C12 with a belief that Billy Graham was correct when he stated, “I believe that one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the workplace

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
